thank you so much MM,
i am going to do a few success express days this week, cause this is due to be what had seem to be settling down as my "bad week"...tho i did have that last week.
so im going to me MEGA good this week and hope for the best, i have 10 weeks to loose 8.5lbs, so i cant afford any gains, can hardly afford any STS!:eek:0 -
Now i have joined SW online and find it quite good for me (not very MSE but think i have saved the joining fee by not buying rubbish),
I have only been doing EE days as find this easier.
But seems alot of food to eat ...
I have had my cereal and milk for breakfast (one A and one- i dont have milk anyother time.
For lunch i finished off last nights tea which was from the maga zine - italian chicken soup - and threw a handful of pasta in it.
I have a banana and muller light toffee yoghurt for afternoon snack
Tonight we are having shepherd pie made with turkey mince - carrots/mushrooms/onions/ (recipe on SW online) and potatoes. And will use some syns for bisto best gravy..
And i have some strawberries for after tea if required.
Does this sound like it is ok?? I put it all in my food diary and all shows as free food on EE except for the gravy.
ThanksUpdating .................................................

Good afternoon and well done losers, chin up people who have gained or sts.
I'm making roast chicken tonight with new potatoes(jersey royal yummm - I love the season) carrots, and cabbage. I was going to do the kievs again but had my heb this morning, so my question is this. The philadelphia light and garlic mix for kievs, how could I make this into a sauce to pour over my chicken and new potatoes? Should I just place it into a pan and melt it down? Any tips would be very welcome!0 -

When I completely fell off plan over the last month it all came back again and that horrible lethargic feeling that goes with it. Don't you just wish you could bottle it and take a whiff of it every time you feel like going off plan????
Snap, and I'm not the only one in my house who's noticing the difference. My husband (who doesn't need to lose any weight but he is eating what I'm eating most of the time) has commented on how he hasn't suffered from headaches in weeks, neither have I, not that I got them all the time. And my digestion, apart from the first week is vastly improved. I am drinking hot water with lemon every day though, I think this is definitely helping me. I have bags of energy and I only feel tired when I'm supposed to feel tired iykwim. It really is working wonders I feel.0 -
