Success Express, why dont you try that CY, i did it a few days a week after my plateau,

it is 2 X HEA, 2 X HEB, 5 / 15 Syns a day, and instead of 1/3 superfree, you have to take 2/3 superfree, you dont need to do it every day, i did it 3 days a week, split up, eg tues, fri and sunday,

you do have fruit and veg coming out your ears, but it works!

My scales are just not budging again...

I thought I might give Success Express a go for a day or two.

Is the above all I need to know?

    Thank you.

    Morning all,

Well done to Missimaxo and CY on your losses, great stuff!

Can get it that you can eat as many bananas as you like, but bake them and they are syned!

    Understand that juicing changes syns.

There was a discussion about if/why different ways of preparing fruit changes the syn value here from post #169 onwards.

Bit unorganised again today :o planned food and brought it all in but not very imaginative. Had a really busy week so far though so not too worried. Had lovely evening with friends last night - went on a 3 mile walk in the sun then came home and had homemade free soup :)

    Today's plan - red:
B: Weetabix (HEB), milk (HEA), banana
L: Chicken salad sandwich (HEB), 1/2 tbsp mayo (1), cottage cheese, pear
T: Beef stir fry with lots of veg (postponed from Monday), chow mein sauce (3)
    S: Strawberries, Mullerlight, Rocky (5.5)

I think it's success express for me too this week to kickstart my loss again!

I would be losing it big time were it not for my mate who sits next to me - a target member for 18 months who managed to list all my activity and convince me I'm doing OK!

And the rest of this community , of course....

Well back from weigh in and I lost 2.5lbs. I was a bit disappointed as I put on 3 last week but a loss is a loss and i am back at 5.5 stones.

I've also handed in a food diary, so we'll see what the leader makes of it!

Took DD1 to have 2 teeth out today ( braces go on in a couple of weeks). Poor thing she has been spitting out blood since 3pm. Hope she sleeps well tonight cos it's an early start tomorrow - orthodontist's appointment the other side of town.

well done on your loss, its still a loss, but i do kow what you mean,

i "only" lost half pound this week, after the mysterious 1lbs gain last week, i was also hoping for more

    but, onwards and downwards, in 41 weeks, i have only gained 2lbs, (2 x 0.5lb, 1 x 1lb) so i cant complain,

Back on track yesterday and feeling ok today - psyching myself up for wi tomorrow....

Last nights dinner was sw chips, eggs and beans and a big wedge of pineapple. SW chips got teh thumbs up from everyone :). just realsied I didn't have a 2nd HEB as had eggs for tea - should have added a slice of ham or had some cheese for supper - never mind will try and remember today!

Another green day here - Breakfast and Lunch will be same as yesterday as have tons of bulgar salad to eat up, not sure of dinner yet - prob pasta and mushroom something.
