  • Hi Rachbc - well done for getting back on track :-)

how do you find doing Green days, I'm doing EE and thinking that Green days might suit me better, since 99% of the time I don't eat any meat!

SW chips are yummy, might have to do them this week somewhen!

I do mainly green days, weekends veer more towards EE or red if I am doing a roast - then i just have a couple of news pots as HEB and pile up the meet, or pile stick to green and pile up the spuds and have a slice of meat!

I tend to have veggie lunches anyway - rice and pasta salads, cous cous etc as I'm not a fan of bread so it suits me well.

I do green days, love them! I eat very little meat, what I do eat I either syn it or have it as a B choice.

I'm just wondering, could someone tell me exactly what's involved in a green day? I rarely eat meat but have always done EE as that's what SW was presented as when I joined. Sounds like it might be nice to have one now and again! What's the deal?

Green is unlimited pasta/potato/rice/pulses, no meat, 2A&2B choices. If you don't eat meat there is no point doing EE. Feel free to ask me any questions

  • Hi gunsandbanjos - I think I'm going to give Green a day, as you said it makes sense if not eating meat to do green, as then there are double the Healthy Extra choices (and more to choose from!).

Is it still at least 1/3rd SuperFree? The book and website seem to really heavily promote the EE, and again in group it's very EE orientated.

OK, so the main difference is two HEAs and 2 Hebs? Can you have eggs/tofu? I do eat meat, I'm not veggie, but I often have days where naturally I don't eat any.

eggs are free on all plans and tofu free on Green, def go fro Green if you are veggie. HEA are the same plus cheese is a HEB, meat, fish, cooked fruit etc etc. I love it and find it easier than EE.

Cheese is an HEB on green, not an HEA? Or as well as?
