Yes they are just free as they are not free on a red day xThe trouble with the world is that the stupid are cocksure and the intelligent are full of doubt.Bertrand Russell0 -

Thanks I thought they might be, I've been roasting them with a spray of fry light and pepper, really yummy, rest of family keep pinching them, have to do more next time!!
Maybe I didn't have enough superfree for tea, tomatoes and passata in bol sauce and carrots.
Thanks for your reply wish I had more time to post, I love reading everyone's tips and advice!16 April 2012 begin SW - Loss to date 22/39

Another decent day here - have been off work so have been cleaning like a mad thing and think I have been up and down the stairs about a hundred times!
B - mullerlight, pear
s - banana
L - homemade leek & potato soup; plain pasta with tuna, peppers & apple
S - cooked chicken; banana
D - basmati rice, homemade chicken korma (chicken, onions, chicken stock, spices, 2 coconut greek mullers (1syn). Melon
S - melon
A very strange thing happened to me at tea time - I made a bag of boil in the bag rice and put it on my plate ready for the korma to go on top but then I stopped and looked at it and realised that there was far too much there for me and put half onto another plate - I did the same with the korma and have enough for lunch tomorrow! After 15 weeks on SW it looks like I am naturally reducing my portion size - before SW I would have eaten the wole lot in one sitting then had junk for snacks afterwards.Mortgage Aug 22 £280,000
Current mortgage £28,0000 -
Hi all:j
Am still here reading but not posting, have decided to try & use minimal syns daily & save them for weekends which are my danger time:eek: We go to rugby every week where we are treated to a meal, and usually it's quite :eek::eek: and there is no choice, not like in a restaurant:D. Anyhow, I'm trying harder:T
Tonight had SW donner kebab, was very nice & seemed to be pretty authentic according to DD (I haven't been inside a kebab shop in years). Plus a couple of salads & SW wedges, it was lush:D
Kandafs mam - please can I ask where you get the coconut Mullers from ?? I thought they were Ltd Ed & they have disappeared from the local supermarkets - and they were my fav!!!New start JAN15 - NOT BUYING IT 2015 . Like G&B said, those lovely veg are just free not superfree. I'd say your menu is probably a tiny bit bit low on the superfree today.Hi all:j

I'm exactly the same. All the time I was getting to target, I saved my syns for weekends. In the week I just had a bit of gravy or some cornflour in sauces. Otherwise it was about 90 syns for the weekend!!0
