I love Just dance. I could do it all night (with my sisters in law - we are unstoppable!) and you get really sweaty and hot. It's very good exercise if you like dancing and making a tit of yourself!

I will definitely get Just Dance and give it a try......the one I've got Let's Dance is Mel B doing the dances. I would call myself a good dancer with good coordination but I found it really difficult to follow.
Maybe I didn't give it enough of a chances so will have another go this afternoon.

I'm sorry I don't know the proper name for them ( exercise is a bit alien to me:o) but I saw weights for sale in Aldi yesterday. They were ones to hold with handles on about £5 each. I need to firm up my flabby arms so was thinking about them.As suggested by a couple of you lovely ladies last night I'm back to writing everything down, so if some of you could give my food diary a quick once over and let me know if I need to tweak anything that would be great!
EE
B- Mullerlight, Strawberries and Raspberries
L- 2 slices of Hovis(heb) with 2 poached eggs and spaghetti hoops
D - Homemade chilli made using steak mince served with rice fried in fry light with loads of mixed peppers, onions and mushrooms.
Snacks will be banana and melon.
Syns - 2 finger kit kat 5.5syns
Drinks- 3 cups of Tea(hea) and at least 6 pints of water, hot water with a lemon wedge.
That is a typical day for me so I've come to the conclusion that my STS was down to last week when we had 2 takeaways and a meal out. Like some of you have said I could be a week behind, meaning next week I should have a good loss!
You could well be right as it will catch up (good and bad). Your menu looks fine. All I'd say is that unless you like very milky tea you're probably not having all your HEA. You could always have some cheese to make it up. Techhnically, if you don't have a complete HEX, I believe you're meant to syn the part you have. But that's nit-picking!;)0 -

I don't have milky tea and I ended up only having 2 cups this morning rather than 3. To be honest, I really struggle with the HEX, I can use both up easily for breakfast by having fruit and fibre with skimmed milk but then I sometimes like to use wholemeal bread in recipes or have a bread roll and then I have to syn it. I don't particularly like cheese unless it's melted. So if I don't have the cereal I tend to struggle fitting in a hea and if I do I want more heb Will have to force myself to have a glass of milk. lol
Actually decided to have some parmesan grated on my chilli tonight.0 -
Afternoon all, just catching up on the thread during my lunch break. Well done to those that have lost - it's very encouraging!Mediterranean_Mum wrote: »Well done TIE on the loss.
Regarding the bug - I've found that because of the high quantity of fruit and veg that we're eating - and less processed foods - that if we are feeling under the weather, the high quantity of vitamins that we're putting into our bodies are naturally fighting it and clearing it up. If you think generally about the way we feel when we're eating completely off plan and putting all sorts of crap into our bodies, we feel bloated, sick and generally under the weather. So perhaps you might have come down with full blown flu if it wasn't for all the goodness you're feeding yourself.
I hope you're right MM - went to bed feeling a bit snuffly and coughy last night and woke up at 4am with a full blown cold and coughFeeling grim but just this afternoon to get through then it's the weekend. Fingers crossed all the good food helps fight those bugs!

I love Just Dance and would recommend it - haven't been on it for ages but that and the second one (haven't got Just Dance 3 yet) are great fun and you definitely work up a sweat! I need to get back into it- maybe when the house looks less like a building site...
So, today's menu:
B: 2 Weetabix (HEB), ss milk (HEA), banana, 2 cold & flu capsules
L: L/O spag bol, grapes, more drugs
T: Not 100% sure but probs jacket spud, bacon, beans and salad
S: 2 Thorntons Moments (2 syns each - someone bought me them so have taken my 2 favourites and put the rest in the work kitchen. Not bad synwise, was pleasantly surprised), apple, butter for spud (2), curly wurly (6)
Hope everyone has a great day and weekend if I don't get on here again2011: [STRIKE]Houses[/STRIKE], [STRIKE]weddings[/STRIKE], [STRIKE]cats[/STRIKE]
