Just remembered - I have a question about the HEXB choices on EE. I was going to have ryvita crackers this morning (original) and checked in my book to see the allowance for the HEXB but it seems there are 2 lines for ryvita (original/dark rye) one states that its 2 crackers allowed and the next line states that its 4 crackers?
Anyone know which it is?

its both. its up to you if you have 2 or 4. its just that the 2 choice is a speed food but the 4 is good if you are hungry or want it to last through 2 snacks.0 -

Well done GettingThere, ShellieHollie and G&B on your losses!
I'm going to a meeting this afternoon which has lunch provided but I'm going to eat before I go (will be at 11.30 but can't be helped). Tbh the food there is usually quite rubbish anyway - curled up sandwiches and the like. They often have a good selection of fruit and lots of tea and coffee so I'll be grand!
Today's plan:
B: Mixed frozen berries, fresh strawberries, asda yogurt (2)
L: Egg, tomato and light mayo (2) sandwich (HEB), fruit at meeting
T: Spag bol with loads of veg, 1 tbsp parmesan (1.5)
S: Fruit, French Fries (4), milk for drinks (HEA)
I'm going to try making spag bol with half mince and half Quorn mince, partly to make it a bit lighter but also to make the mince stretch a bit further. OH thinks the idea is vile (not sure why as he like beef and likes Quorn) but I'm going to try it this once and see if he notices

Can I ask why everyone uses co-op WM pitta, I just usually use asda or tesco ones???
Well done to all that lost :T

Thank you everyone for your suggestions yesterday. Med mum I made a veggie stew and served the tuna and stew with rice as the potatoes weren't big enough for jackets and we had wedges the day before. It was really tasty and DH enjoyed it too.
I put an order in for a home delivery for Friday: I lost my Thursday slot as I was dithering too much. Thanks for the idea of frozen onions, peppers and mushrooms, I hadn't thought of them so they will be here tomorrow too.
I am ashamed to say that I didn't get my lunch until 5.30pm and then had dinner at 8.30pm yesterday. I had an appointment which over ran or I would have eaten earlier.
Today's plan
B: porridge (HEB) milk (HEA)
L: Veggie stew, small jacket potatoSpicy cod with rice and sweetcorn and runner beans
syns 6 hot choc at bedtime.business mortgage £0))''(+ Barclay's business kitchen loan £0=Total paid off was £96105 PPI claimed and received £13527
