    Hi All,

    Does anybody have any ideas for breakfast? I'm following EE and struggling a bit - I'm not a fan of mushrooms or "big" tomatoes so breakfast of egg/potatoes misses out a "superfree" - I might have to try and get some cherry tomatoes and see if they cook
    .
    Most days I have fruit (combination of fresh & frozen)and yog for breakfast, with half a heb of all bran, oats or weetabix if I fancy it. But a couple of days a week I do a cooked breakfast. How about Cauldron Lincolnshire sausages, an egg, some baked beans - and you can eat the cherry toms raw if you like, I think they are better that way than cooked. you can also make "fried bread" if you want to use a heb on bread by spraying a slice with frylight or olive oil and sticking it into the toaster on in the george foreman grill. It's lovely. Make some ketchup to go with it, lots of tomatoes in that so it counts as part of your superfree :D Also how about some leftover cauliflower, broccoli or cabbage mixed with potato (or instant mash) and make bubble & squeak?
    Some fab advice flying as always one of my fav breakfasts is a wholemeal pitts stuffed with lettuce tomatoes and a lean slice of bacon or 2 chopped up with a tiny squidge of mayo gorgeous and 1/2 or so for mayo free on red or e/e......

    Oooh my favourite tea is a great pile of salad in a warmed up co-op wholemeal pitta, yum. Tonight it was rocket, watercress & spinach, plus smoked salmon, kidney beans, spring onions, beetroot, an egg, some cucumber, tossed in a big spoonful of plain yog mixed with a big spoonful of home made ketchup, rammed as much as poss into the pitta and ate the rest separately, groaning with pleasure!

    Maybe its a scottish thing :rotfl:and yes poo must weigh, so if I can get my turtle head to actually come out instead of here am coming.....no am not.....here am coming etc :o then I could lose the 2lb that I gained this week :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:I mean three days worth here.....hello??

    Am actually sitting here in work laffing at our discussion, no wonder I get strange looks :cool:

    so am I the only person to have weighed myself pre- and post-poo? Surely not. To be honest, it didn't seem to make any diff on my home scales and they won't do it at SW! :rotfl:
    :jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j

    No need to thank us, that's what we're here for to celebrate and
    commiserate. Plenty of celebrating tonight, well done all!

    WI for me in the morning. After my 5lb gain last week (sort of deliberate as I'd fallen out of target range) I've been much more on plan this week with just a few treats. Let's see what tomorrow brings.
  • :lipsrseal:huh::shhh: LOL

    Wow what a lot of bowel chat, dulcoease is my best friend if anyones ever stuck literally, but definetely not if you have a journey planned...

    STS this week but is * week and I wasnt 100 % all week but know any good ive done will show next week just glad to not have gained to be honest first time for months ive not had a good loss then next week put it all back on so onwards and downwards.

    I do the weighing in group and 2/3rds of people either had a STS or a gain either a large gain if hadnt been to group after easter last week or a smaller gain if they had so I really think that this kinda proves the theory a bad week and a loss really does catch you up so maybe my easter egg helped with a STS too lol anyway back to planning daily as of tomorrow and a another fab loss next week....
