I started with a great day yesterday, despite all the running around I had to do which was well planned for, and ate according to plan, then I was unexpectedly thrown when I saw sitting on my kitchen bench a tub of dulce deleche (caramel spread) - I ate the whole bloody thing. Felt sick as a dog after that and couldn't face making or eating supper. Fortunately I was out all evening otherwise who knows what else I might have eaten later on!
Well it’s gone now and I’m back on track again!

Could you tell us what harissa dresses chickpeas are. Sound nice.
Ta.
Tin of chickpeas - half a tsp harissa paste mix with a big squeeze lemon juice and all tossed together. I'm going to try dry roasting them too as a crunchy snackPeople seem not to see that their opinion of the world is also a confession of character.

Going to try and maintain over my we away - friend I am staying with is a fabulous cook though and have a feeling there will be copious wine involved too.People seem not to see that their opinion of the world is also a confession of character.
