So I don't know if any of the rest of you do the Glossy man-box thing, but I bought one for my brother (the spring box) at the end of May and have just had confirmation that a summer Glossy man-box has been dispatched. This one might well stay here waiting for Dad (he has no interest in male grooming provided he smells nice but if I buy it for him he'll use it) once it arrives, but I was just wondering if any of the rest of you get the man-boxes? It may perhaps work to appease those man-friends who don't see the point? (Or to encourage them to buy you subscriptions for life!!!!!!!!)0

LP87, I've thought about ordering one for my DH, think he would quite like it! There's £4 cashback on topcashback for the men's boxes, so that's tempting. They're more expensive than ours but have more stuff in them.0

My Amarya box came today thanks, and I'm delighted with the contents. I've put why in white below:
I've just run out of my favourite cleanser, so was delighted to receive the aloe vera one. I tried on the back of my hand, and rinsed off, and it feels lovely and refreshing. I prefer gentle cleansers for everyday, so this is perfect.
I also like the vitamin c anti-aging serum, and bb cream samples.
A good box for me.New forum. New sig. Yes I still need to lose 2 stone!0 -

I either apply it liberally before bed, blast my hair with a hairdryer to warm the oil and then let it sink in overnight OR I warm the oil and apply it to wet/dry hair, wrap in clingfilm to keep the heat in and let it sit for at least an hour.
I also add it to my henna before applying.
I know a lot of people add it to shampoo and conditioner but I haven't tried that. Obviously my personal opinion would be that if you use any oil on your hair, you should wash it out with an SLS-free shampoo. But I spent years doing olive oil treatments and then using "normal" shampoo and it always helped with frizz and softness.
If I'm honest though, I use my argan more as a skin treatment than for my hair.
PB - can I ask do you add the argan oil to your hair wet or dry before bed? And do you just put a towel over your pillow? And what is an SLS-free shampoo? Thanks0
