I ceived my YBD box today, and am delighted with my nail polish colour. It's a dark shimmery Graphite colour.

I was happy to get the green tea gel, although not the most costly item because I have used before, and like. :)

Anyone else waiting for the YBD advent calendar. I order mine on 27th December and it still says processing.
  • Hi everyone, I'm new to this thread (didn't even know this boxes existed!)

    Probably a stupid question-

Just wondering what size package the boxes come in? Would it fit in the postbox, or will I have to be signing for the parcel every time it's delivered?

    Thanks,

    Hello :hello:

The boxes are usually too large to be posted through the letter box. You Beauty Discovery box always has to be signed for, and is delivered by Yodel (in my case).

With others is depending on whether your postie (or other courier) knows you have a safe place for parcels.

Y0del left my 1st YBD box in my food waste bin, on top of waste food, for a week as I was away at the time. Was not impressed, had to throw the food treat and all packaging but the products were ok

Still yuckity, yuck, yuck, yuck though

    I would be annoyed too!

It must depend on your local branch, as Yodel have been nothing but efficient where I live. Have never had any complaints.

Feel lucky after reading others posts! :)

  • my first YBD box was delivered by royalmail, was tracked but no signature required. think it would of fitted through my letterbox but have a cage at the back of door to stop doggies getting the mail so had to pick up from sorting office

Mine don't go through the letter box, but last one was left by the back door of a gated garden.
I think it's down to the discretion of the courier as it's relative low value and certainly does not require a signature.

Well that's passed now hasn't it?
There was only 1 bank holiday which was new years day. I have emailed them, but it's good to know it's not just mine.

EDIT - Mine is being despatched on Monday.
A little Longer than their published timescale.
Good response times from their customer service (especially as it was a weekend).
