I've been using the Melvita Naturalift cream you asked me about for nearly 2 days now, and its the best cream I've ever used on my face (except argan oil night time).

I first used some Tuesday night, after first applying some argan oil. My skins a little oily at the moment, so felt a bit greasy, but the next morning, my skin looked, and felt good. I've been using on its own morning, and night since, and my skin looks great (for me anyway, as never been perfect).

Its pricey, approx £30 for 50ml, but I would consider purchasing, once I've used up my stash of creams.

thanks so much for the review hun, I appreciate it. Is it the Naturalift Youthful Skin Cream?

It has Argan kernel extract in it :T and we all love Argan nuts now ;)

It's about the same price as Pai/Ren/Trilogy creams so it's in my normal price bracket...............except that I normally buy from ebay or whenever I find a sale :rotfl:

I'll put it on my "to try" list. I've currently got Ren Hydra Calm Global Day Cream, Trilogy Sensitive Calming Lotion and Green People Vita-Min Fix on the go (as well as 4 different serums) so I'd better not buy anything else until I've used them up!

Yes, that's the one. I adore Argan oil now. I used to use some of Lush's face creams, but this is the best moisturiser/cream I've ever used, and I've tried a few. Its suitable for use morning, and night.

Argan oil on its own I can only use at night on the face, as it can look a little oily otherwise, but is good. I use it mainly on my body, to reduce a scar, and for dry skin. I've not used as a hair treatment yet.

I've just bought Good Housekeeping magazine, as there is a voucher for a free L'Occitane moisturiser worth £12.50, which looks good too. I'm still using up my Beauty Naturals, Skin Revivals Revitalising cream, which is another good face cream, although not as good as the Melvita one.

n010.gif Okay, so payment has been taken for She Said box and I have cancelled my subscription.

There is no "order history" section on the website so I thought I'd contact them, explain that I have cancelled and ask them to confirm that I WILL receive the box that I have paid for.

    Here's the reply:

Your cancellation can be confirmed, and you will receive the May box and should be due at the end of next week, or at the beginning of the week after.

I am confused. I assumed I would be getting the June box and that it was due around 3rd of the month as this thread shows people got their SSB box on 3rd May.

So, am I getting the June box - or a leftover May box? n010.gif n010.gif

was that box the may one or a very late april box?

No idea. I was just going off this thread and the date people reported getting their box.

You're right, maybe it was a late April one. Still puzzled

On the site is says that we've just had the May one, if that helps?

A blogger worked out that the Snowberry samples were worth almost £22  I've decanted the night cream into a little pot and am using it sparingly :rotfl:

I'm about to paint my nails with the Filthy Gorgeous nail varnish from the previous SSB box :)

The Hamman spa ritual sounds interesting (:rotfl:). I hope that you emerge with beautifully glowing skin and feeling relaxed :) In my dreams I'd go to Morocco to buy lots of tiles and carpet and lanterns. :)

Rosemary - will it let you cancel the three month sub? (Ignoring the fact that you've already had them!)

Got my Amarya today, I was pleased with it, the cream looks nice and the lipgloss too, good value. My only gripe is all the facial products in beauty boxes (like the face oil) seem to be for dry skin - I have oily skin and after quite alot of boxes have had nothing to suit my face. So another one for my mum!

    - not sure if you worked out which SSB box you're getting but the 'May' one is published on the SSB website under the 'in the box' section. I got this box very early in the month (my last one) but can't remember if I wrote about it. Might be worth checking to see if the contents suit, if not maybe they might send the next. It does have the Inkia lip whip I think you wanted though.

edit - says on their fb page - There's not long to go until we stop selling the May boxes and start on the June boxes!
