I'll really need to see how to go about listing things as spoilers, I'm not sure how to do it, any advice would be great.

If you put spoiler in square brackets [] at the start of the text you want to hide and then /spoiler in [] at the end, it'll hide the text for you and not show up if you quote someone.

I got 2 boxes almost exactly the same:

Collin Resultime - regenerating collagen gel - 15ml sample so approx £14 (rrp £47.25 for 50ml)

Awapuhi Wild Ginger - texturizing sea spray - 25ml sample so approx £3 (rrp £18.95 for 150ml)

Monu Calming cream - 20ml sample - strange as 15ml full size value is £14.95, wonder if this is a misprint, can't imagine them doing both sizes somehow.

2nd box had Monu Extra Rich Night cream - 20ml sample - approx £14.75 (rrp £36.95 for 50ml)

Jelly Pong pong lip frosting in Irish cream pavlova - 15ml full size - approx £10.

Kryolan satin powder - 3g full size - approx £4.75.

So all in all a good value box considering I bought one with 15% off and the other with free Harrods box, (1p off), and both with cash back which has already been confirmed.

Is there any glossybox codes around?

    Hi NabeelaA

The only one I know of right now is AFFJULY15OFF and don't forget to go via topcashback or quidco or equivalent for extra bonus.

    Hope it works.

Ooooh, we've got new faces - I love it!!! Welcome to the thread that is supposedly about beauty boxes but tends to veer off at tangents :rotfl:

I always think it would be nice to have more choice than I do, but is there anything you can do once they turn?

The old-fashioned way of renewing your polish is to add a bit of nail polish remover ot it BUT I have no idea how that works these days with acetone-free removers and ones with extra oils or panthenol in. If you Google "Nail polish reviver" there are loads of brands selling them - I assume they are basically jsut little bottles of ethanol? I nearly bought the Kiko one when I made my order but decided I was spending enough already.

Got my free Renouve hand sanitiser today, in the gold colourway, and its a really lovely product to have in my bag, although a tad pricey at £22. Will see how I get on with it. It certainly feels good to have one.

I want a full review of this - I want to know exactly what a £22 hand sanitizer does apart from kill germs :rotfl: Looks really pretty and posh though. which is always a winner.

:eek: I didn't know about this!!! This is ace! Solves the problem of things showing up on ipads etc or when quoting someone. Brilliant -I'll add it to the OP along with the new GB code. There's a 10% code running until 31st july but 15% is better.

    You need to put
before your post and then put /SPOILER in square bracket again at the end hun

I tried writing it out as it should be and my post came up as a spoiler instead of as instructions! Which is why neither grannyx2 or I could actually properly write the instructions as they should be :rotfl:

How do I find out all these amazing things? I've only just worked out how to do the multiquote thing :o I need to go to Internet School and learn how things work

I follow a woman on YouTube, MrsTheDoll who is so obsessed with nail varnish, a nail polish display is the main feature of her living room:D

I always think it would be nice to have more choice than I do, but is there anything you can do once they turn?

I have ahem about three hundred plus polishes and still more ordered and not arrived.
They should last blimmin ages as long as you keep them in the dark, at a constant 'cool' temperature and sealed (if the lip of the bottle gets clogged up clean it with remover to ensure you get a tight seal. Try and store them standing upright as this stops the polish running into the neck clogging.
If a polish does get clogged up a few drops or any restorer should work. I use an Orly one but any will do. As you use so little it will last for ever.
Nail polish remover will thin the polish out but it is likely to slightly effect the finish and go all streaky. Also being alocohol it will more than likely evaporate to quickly again.
I'm so boring, my clothes wanna keep someone else warm, someone cooler
