I know there have been a tonne of posts all over FaceBook and a couple on here about the whole debacle but I've got to say I was actually really gutted about June's.
My initial box didn't arrive (if any of you accidentally got two boxes and one was meant for a girl in Southend that was probably mine!) so I called them and explained. The girl sent one out the following working day and it arrived 2 days later. The box was the special edition one but I only had 4 products INCLUDING the special extra and was missing the makeup product. :-(
Really disappointed as this was the thing I was looking forward to most - Mum collars all the skincare stuff so I was not happy.
The following day, the next month's Joliebox arrived. Pleasantly surprised with the little lip and cheek tint they sent and the little cheap Joliebox toe separators will come in handy but I didn't receive the bonus apology gift for the inconvenience.
I was also pretty peeved at having not 1 but 2 bloody fake tans!!!!!!!!!!!! across the two boxes.
Anyone else had similar?

Was the lip and cheek tint the Jane Iredale one? I think that'll be your bonus apology gift. People have had all sorts of different things from past boxes as their bonus item. Mine was the RMK primer (don't think that's classed as a spoiler really, as the bonus gift was so random).

Email them about the missing product, I'm sure they'll send you a replacement. I've always had really quick replies from them and they've always solved any problems.

I asked them if I could return my unopened Yon-ka product for one suitable for my skin, as typically in the box mix up I'd got the oily one. I got a lovely apologetic email back, telling me to keep the orginal one and they'd send me the right one.

Dying to look at the GB spoilers - nothing for me today and postie's been.

Was it not explained on the GB site that the boxes were the same as previous months?
I posted about itHERE saying that it was the same boxes but I got my info from looking at a blog post - I just assumed that it had been made clear to everyone when they ordered. Sounds like typical GB though

LP - that's rotten about your June box. I would've been disappointed too (mine did arrive unscathed in the end - I didn't get an extra box and I got the wrong personalised item!)

In my July JB the lip & cheek tint was the bonus freebie to say sorry. I was really pleased with mine as it has become a real favourite. Do you think you were missing anything else? Spoilers in white - I received the lip & cheek tint, the toe separators, the WEN cleansing conditioner, two Nail Girls polishes, the Etat Pur Salicylic Acid and the stupidly small fake tan. thanks chick - when I Googled it I came up with the forum for the National Pig Association:eek:

I adore pigs and I'd love to have some but I'm not sure that I'd be sharing my posh toiletries with them :rotfl:

Ive received my July GlossyBox and after looking online mines completely different to what others have received. Spoilers below.
Collin Resultime - Regenerating Collagen Gel - serum/sleep mask, quite excited to try this.
Awapuhi Wild Ginger- Texturizing Sea Spray
Monu - Calming Cream- for redness which doesnt really affect me
Jelly Pong - Lip frosting - looks interesting to try
Kryolan - satin powder -eye make up.
Reasonably happy with this box but did like the look of things that others have had.

Not sure if this has been asked before or not but does anyone know if the discount on the shesaid box applies to delivery charges too or do you still pay the 2.95 delivery?

I am a bad bad girl. Having cut down to just having my She Said Beauty subscription I have some how managed to resubscribe to both Jolie and Glossy.

Glossybox as a company still annoy me but I actually rather liked the Natural box and willing to take a punt on their July box - I also went through TCB so even more of a bargain!

Joliebox impressed me with their customer service. I didn't get a new subscriber gift and my personalised item was wrong after the whole relabelling fiasco so they kindly sent me the correct personalised item free of charge. Unfortunately they were out of the 'bonus' items.

Fingers crossed I will be pleased with what Jolie and Glossy bring me! Trying hard to resist the spoilers. Watch this space.

Of course I also went for the REN offer and can't wait to try out my goodies but at the moment they're in boxes....like my life as I'm moving house this weekend :O

Lots of heavy boxes full of beauty products....:rotfl:

Ooh perhaps in that case I wasn't missing anything at all then. Sometimes my boxes feel very empty because (as mentioned in previous posts) my Mum nicks all the heavy stuff! Haha. I like the thing you said was a bonus freebie. It actually works very well and I enjoyed Mum's face as my lips got darker as the colour changed.xx
