  • New blog post up. I've included a guide as to how to make the bin. It looks really good in my lounge. Got a trivet and three pictures to make today for orders, however right now I'm on bedrest after ripping some ligaments, so I'm "working" on Facebook lol x

My buttons are organised in colour too :-)

I'm making trivets this evening. I'll stick some pics up tomorrow. I did my pictures and they're ready to go to the post office tomorrow. I have added lots to my list too. There just aren't enough hours. Especially when I'm supposed to be in bed!

Sorry not been taken ages to check in. Kids off and day job keeping me busy.

Plan to go to hc tomo to get some more wire and will try to finish my project, hoping my last delivery of stock wil turn up as well.

Ooooooooo I love buttons. Buttons and beads and I'm in heaven. When do you all get yours from? I'm still finding my feet with good quality suppliers that don't cost the earth.

Lovely crafting ladies all your stuff is fantastic and very inspiring. I hope to post picks if I finally get around to finishing it. I keep look at it and admiring my handy work but finding the time is tricky.

Did any one go to the hobbycraft show at the nec? Thinking I may go next year.

The list includes (but is not limited to) the following:

    1. The purple elephant
    2. Sailor Ted
    3. [STRIKE]Cord Ted[/STRIKE] done :j
    4. Multi coloured jacket
    5. Aran cardie
    6. latch hook rug
    7. crocheted bags for life - 2 of these
    8. paper waste basket
    9. Red crochet Top
    10. [STRIKE]Patchwork Bag[/STRIKE] done :j
    11. [STRIKE]Fluffy Bag[/STRIKE] done :j
    12. Ceramic projects - too many to list off the top of my head

Well at least there are some things off the list completed :D not sure which one to finish after purple elephant is done......maybe the jacket - just needs a bit of sewing up and buttons added so that shouldn't take me tooooooooooo long :rotfl:

I'm actually looking down the list wondering where half the things are at the minute :o i so need my wannabe craft room sorted - actually i need to get rid of OH for a day so i can sneak stuff into the garage ;););)

  • Another busy day not over yet!

Beth, I get a lot from Ebay, but I buy bags of buttons from Amazon and you get a great mixture. I'm like a kid in a sweet shop when they arrive!

Fairy - I have been in bed, honest! For a few extra hours at least. The trivets weren't quite finished but one has been today. Two to go, but they're almost there. If you have some stuff left over to make some then go for it!

Got a call to make to a shop tomorrow who are interested in stocking my wall tiles! I'm excited as I've not thought about a bricks and mortar shop. Need to number crunch first though.

Slowly making my way through my list which must have trebled in size by now. Must attempt to tick things off on here!

Off to Facebook for advertising now :-) x
