Yessssssssssss, I've caught up again, had to go back and read 10 pages
3dogs Sorry you and Alan got messed about today, it is infuriating when you want to go out and nurse not turned up. Maybe you could have lunch out tomorrow all being well.
How is your mam doing these days? I often think of her and you and Alan. You are such a strong woman that is evident by your posts which I look forward to reading each night.
I think on that note I'd best say goodnight as my DS1 is coming tomorrow to take me out for a birthday lunch. Only our local Wetherspoons but as I've never been in there since it opened in January (I think) I'm looking forward to it. :j
Nite everyone, catch you all at some point tomorrow I'm sure.
Any glitches give me a loud shout please AND if there is anyone on here from the Ipswich area come out from the corner I'd love to have a 'meet' so PM me if you'd like to do that.
Nite nite xxThere's no place like home
Feeling down? Weak in body? Makes no difference to me, I think of you all when I'm sitting quietly.
Hugs and healing thoughts are always going your way.0 -
Sorry Tiny didnt mean to embarrass you;)Its just sometimes you get a picture of people or you read their posts and you think"I bet that person is really lovely in real life" And your one that I always think that about, if you know what I mean:).
Thanks nikki, I get that picture of you in my mind too.
Think you are right how when we read posts we build up over time a picture of what we think people are like. Not been wrong yet and hope that carries on. I'm still so excited about how lovely DODO has been I didn't even have to set foot in HoC and have 2 lovely gifts. And can join in with the bread making as she remembered I didn't have a printer. Of course I returned her generosity with a few bits that she had not managed to get herself.
I feel a lot happier sharing with you lot if I can than with friends and family who have no idea how much hard work goes into this way of life and often laugh at my bargain hunting, but I think I will always have the last laugh on them. 1p dessert chocs for Easter will be one of mine, I am not going to let on.
I hope Nannylala will be able to keep us posted how things are for you after the op, will be thinking of you tomorrow. x0 -
