I love this poem too. W H Davies was a Welsh poet (no, nothing to do with WH Smith and free gift cards!). He was a tramp in the old fashioned sense of the word. We should all take time out to stand and stare. x

At hospital Michelle was given an anaesthetic and the afterbirth was removed but her blood pressure is really low and they are monitoring here to see if she needs a transfusion.
Other than that...everything is fine. :T

Sorry to hear about the trauma that followed the birth and hope your daughter recovers quickly, congratulations on the birth of your granddaughter!!!!

Tuesday: General Knowledge 6 : Very Difficult

Was the first person to do the quiz this morning, then set off on a 400mile round trip to spend (what was left after driving) the day with my Mum, and thought I'd come back to find myself bottom of the pile... so pleased to see I'm not!!

Shattered and no time to read back, so goodnight all and I'll catch up tomorrow.
