Yesterday's find was a nearly new Silver Cross pram for just £25. (One of the modern ones suitable for older babies, not the old-fashioned type I used to be pushed around in 40 years ago
).
If she is doing it above board, it will be a compliment and if not, her colleagues will be all ears and she will know she is not as invisible as she thought.Value-for-money-for-me-puhleeze!

Maybe worth an honest & fair (i.e. not accusatory) email to their regional office, asking if this is an official action?2021 Decluttering Awards: ⭐⭐🥇🥇🥇🥇🥇🥇 2022 Decluttering Awards: 🥇

Hmm probably not but then her colleagues would at least be able to raise it with head office.
It is possible she is doing it on behalf of the charity anyway. I know one charity near where I live that uses ebay to sell more expensive things that are donated to them.0 -
I gave a couple of model ships to Scope the other week. Never saw them in the window, but they could have been sold quick , even to the chap who collected them. No way to tell.0

Only one find in the last 10 days or so....things seem very slow in the chazzas at the mo
I saw a B/N BHS T shirt in bright pink in the Community Shop. The original price tag said £6 and the chazza was asking £2.50 so I didn't bother. Went back a few days later and it was on the half price rail....£1.25 didn't seem so bad!!0 -
Swampmonster - i put my christmas wreath on the window at the side of the front door & use a couple of suction hooks (Wilky's?) if you have a UPVC front door they should be fine on that. They're pretty secure too.Small victories - sometimes they are all you can hope for but sometimes they are all you need - be kinder than necessary, for everyone you meet is fighting some kind of battle0

I was once told by a charity shop manager that I was their best type of customer - I had just dropped off some donations and was also buying something.0
