  • hobbitfancier I love pyrex :)

Find of the week is a Holly Hobby doll :) So pleased with her.

Also some nice material for quilting when I eventually get started.

I do too! I collect it :) I'm living at home for the time being as I've no where to house my collection - driving my mum mad!

Haha - I was married in the '60's & had a load of this as wedding presents!! All I've got left is one small casserole dish but I think the pattern is lovely & still relevant today. Happy collecting HBF

Went out today with a view to treating myself to a cut and blow dry and having my nails done. As it happens, I didn't get that far and ended up buying some clothes for my trip to Scotland at the end of this week.

    I bought:

A pair of Monsoon brown cord trousers - like new - £2.50
A brand new Per Una striped jumper with lovely buttons on cuff-£3.25
A brand new BHS jumper with labels - £5
An Olsen striped cardigan, almost new, £5.99
An M&S jumper in rust colour, as new - £3.25
    A tartan scarf - £1.25
    A huge shawl/scarf with stag print - £3
A Pumpkin Patch zipped jumper for my grandson - £2

Have washed and all drying on the line, washed and did my own hair and will get my daughter to do my nails when she's here tomorrow.
