I've got quite a lot of stuff that I'm considering selling on ebay, but I don't want to list them and it end up costing me money if they don't sell.

I'm currently tracking similar items on ebay to see if they sell and will then decide whether it's worth listing or to just take them to a charity shop.

It's free listing this weekend, didn't know if you were aware.

    :)

thanks Gg but no, it's more of a brick :D

Ah well, never mind! :) hope you manage to find some time to get everything up online, if you have stuff that will earn you abit of money, then it'll be worth it! But I know what you mean, some things just aren't worth all the faff and it's just easier to take them to a CS!

I have a couple of pairs of size 2 - one a plain brown pair, the other is patent pale blue-y turquoise swirls, plus a pair of size 2 black patent sandals.

The others are size 3 - a black patent pair that I've worn once and have a slightly higher heel than normal - a bit Goth-like and a pair of dark green leather ones.

I think there might be more but not sure.

These are the ones I think I'm keeping, a mixture of size 2 & 3:
    a pair of patent lemon-yellow
    tartan fabric
    purple
    2 pairs of flowered
a brown pair unlike any design I've ever seen before
and a pair of brown nubuck shoes.

I've had all these for at least 10 years.

    OMG!

I've had my first pair for nearly 20 years! I'm a size 5 normally but have to get a size 4 in Docs. My fave pair is my Darcie ones, the patent ones with a big heel, although they are abit tight and nearly cut off the circulation to my feet! :rotfl:

You sure have a lot of cool Docs! :D

It's not a massive bargain but I bought a 'Casa Di Borsa' bag for £1.00.

These only retail on Amazon for about £8.50 but this is new and it will be great for holidays as it has lots of zips (which are multi-coloured in shades of pink/purple & green) to go with the Spirograph-style flower pattern on the bag.
It also has a hook attached inside the bag for your keys.

In fact, it's very similar in design to a Cath Kidston bag my friend has so I'm going to be a tad coy about where it came from and how much it cost. ;)

Got it slightly wrong - my friend's bag similar to the one I bought is a Kipling (the Cath Kidston is a different bag she has).

    It's like this:
    http://www.kipling.com/uk-en/alvar-s.html?show_img=K1069215300+999

so retails at £42 but is £29.40 in the sale.

I think mine is nicer and definitely a bargain at £1.

Also bought a new (or at least unwashed as it still has the paper inspection circle on the washing label) short-sleeved cotton shirt for OH - M&S Autograph by Nigel Hall for £4.00.

Some good bargains to be had - but not in my area, sadly.
I've been on the lookout in three different towns now for a few weeks (I'm after a "new" handbag but also look at clothing and homeware, obviously :D) but absolutely nothing of note. Prices are high and quality is low, I'm sorry to say. My only recent buy has been a toy for my grandaughter at the princely sum of £1.50.
Oh well, keep on truckin' as they say!
    Normal people worry me.

Thanks for this, I'm not organised enough to list at the moment but I know Ebay do free listings every so often so I'll stick them on when they do the next one. :T

    I Googled these boots - they're amazing. :cool2:

You sure have a lot of cool Docs! :D

Pity we don't take the same size 'cos I could sell them to you and cut out the ebay middleman. :rotfl:

They are amazing aren't they?! :D I've got to admit though, I have long legs anyhow, and with these, even though they're not that high in comparison with some heels, they made me tower over the OH and made my legs feel really spindly and my feet like I was wearing clown shoes :rotfl: I ordered a size 4 because thats what I take in standard Docs, but I think with these you maybe do need to order your proper size, as like I say, my feet were throbbing at the end of the concert, they were nearly blue!

That's what I was thinking, if I was the same size, I might well have purchased some off you! I'm in need of some new Docs, but some are quite pricey and new ones need broken in
