The person concerned seems to want to pick and choose what job they would like to do. Ummmm is that allowed within the terms of the JSA agreement? Methinks not!

Let's say the person in question has no skills and no work experience then no way on earth will his JSA Agreement include a stipulation that he apply for any one of a million jobs. An anaesthetist or accountant would be two examples. Why? Well, those would require years of training. So your 'any job' remarks are quite risible.

Your reasoning implies that whatever conditions the DWP and/or work providers might invent for continued conditionality, whether legal or not, should be abided by or else, most likely while the customer tugs their forelock in grateful acceptance.
