That is because neither of them can write and they get the paper boy to sign their letters.0

It is our intention to collect this debt and pursue it to a legal conclusion if necessary
Come on then, bring it. All mouth and no trousers. Loving how JAMES WILKINS from Zenith has a IDENTICAL signature to Claire Robinson from DRP.
Yep, this amusing fact was first spotted in March. For a bit of fun you could reply with the letter I suggested on here:
https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/3829727
This was what I suggested at the time:
''Dear Claire,
I am writing as I fear someone is faking your signature - don't you just hate it when people are scammed?
I enclose two letters I received where, in the second one, an individual calling himself 'James Wilkins' has copied your signature. Hopefully with my help you can investigate and find the perpetrator in your office. Perhaps they are even in the next desk along seeing as I also notice that both 'companies' use the same company reg no 6774150, vat reg no 977956045 and indeed consumer credit licence no 624357.
Coincidence? I think we should be told.
I look forward to the next thrilling instalment, can't wait.
yours sincerely,
PRINT NAME (DO NOT SIGN)''

nice one Coupon-Mad!! The Zenith letter clearly states on it that they're a trading name for DRP as well. Different bank accounts tho, same sort code/bank name. Maybe I should point out as well that their registered office on the letterhead doesn't match the one they have as the registered address on Companies House?
I think any correspondence now will be along the lines of cease and desist or else. 6 months of peeing about is quite sufficient.0 -
Do you know what a debt collector is? They will probably phone you, or very less likely come to your house. Here's how it goes:
You: "Hello"
DC: "Hi, this is [insert debt collector name here]. I am seeking the recovery of an unpaid debt of £xxx which you owe to [PPC name here]. Do you wish to pay this debt now?
You: "No."
Debt collector can take no further action.0 -
Of course James and Claire could be one person! It may depend on which wardrobe he/she goes to in the morning?0

Esmerobbo - holding down two jobs at two entirely separate companies - Jamaire must be quite the multi-tasker. The time management involved must be a nightmare0

after various letters from ukpc/drp/zenith i finally had enough and with the help of a regular contributor a NBA letter was fired off to landowner and parking company. nothing was heard from landowner, Zenith replied as they had taken over debt and all correspondence had to be sent to them and dismissed my nba letter. 2 weeks later letter received from ukpc charge had been cancelled as they had reviewed the evidence (i know i laughed as well).point is how could ukpc cancel it when the debt was sold on, easy it was not . Harassment claim in the making ???0
