Was reading a scrap of paper that was left on my wind
screen by Euro Car Parks and making a donation to their Xmas Party.

Was thinking about it, but then they also wanted me to pay them between £1.50 -£2.50 as a handling charge, to make the dontation. I thought robbing gits, no chance
Private Parking Tickets - Make sure you put your Subject Access Request in after 25th May 2018 - It's free & ask for everything, don't forget the DVLA :D

Private Parking Tickets is my way of telling the wife to use her car and not mine:D

I like the signature.

So the donation was OK? It was just the card handling fee you baulked at??

If you thought that making a donation would get you an invite to the do, don't bother. I have already got one. Its being held here:

They've got to fix the glass yet. It got broken when the three guys who made it there last year from ECP's enforcement department tried to do the conger.
My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016). :(

For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com
• Coupon-mad - I thought you only wanted new ones?

Inappropriate as you don't owe any money. Is there no end to the nonsense the crooks get up to? I would contact the OFT as suggested- with a complaint against THEM.

Well although these letters have been used by ECP since last year, our info showing 'all letters' under ECP in the 'Letters & Threats' sticky thread is out of date. It shows Brinx, Control Account and Graham White possibilities for letters only.

No-one has pm'd Crabman with pics of the DRP letter-chain as used by ECP yet. That thread is the definitive illustration of the scam for newbies so it would be great to see the DRP ones there too.

• I'll see if I can find the earlier ones then, Coupon-Mad. I need to redact them though, right?

Give them F-A - I couldn't believe it!! I think they have included it as it contains the message: Doing nothing could make things worse. The lender could take legal action against you, and you could end up paying more in interest and charges.

It's like DRP are saying, "See, we're telling you the truth, even the OFT agrees with us". Tw@ts.

Yep, Crabman can also check that you have redacted everything OK before he posts them. You'd be perfectly OK to pm them to him.

• Found them!
I have:
notice with licence plate dump
PCN Enforcement
DRPlus 1st letter
Notice of Intended Litigation
Reduced Payment offer (with advice sheet from OFT)

Will scan asap and give to Crabman. Thanks again for advice & support.
