Well I got told by complaints team that there is a backlog on the warm discount payments for npower, but hopefully mine should be here by the 26th april. Not sure why it takes so long as I had a letter back in november confirming entitlement, but heres hoping.

I've also not received mine from Npower...We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.
Eldests' EDS diagnosis 4.5.10, mine 13.1.11 eekk - now having fun and games as a wheelchair user.0 -
Npower called me on friday to say i will get my voucher by tuesday.0

My dad a pensioner on a pension but recieves saving's credit only so didn't automatically qualify for the warm home discount.
He i got a letter in this morning from Scottish Gas who claim he didnt return the form by the qualifying date (middle of March )and therefore didn't qualify for the £120.
I know he had sent them as i personally helped him fill in the form he signed and dated it and also sent photocopies of the relevent form's requested.
but as it was a freepost address i just popped it in local postbox somewhere down the line they claim.
I phoned them up today to tell them it was posted to them on the 31st January but they don't want to know.0 -
When do we re-apply for next year?0

I too got my bill from nPower on thursday, there was not a £120 credit on the account for the warm home discount. Raised the issue with their online customer services, and 4 days later have not had a response.
As the warm home discount is an ANNUAL payment, I am concerned that this oversight/delay/co*k-up (delete as appropriate) will mean that I will not get the payment in 2012/13?
I totally agree Rich-shot, it would appear that the customer service is lacking!]Mortgage 1. At start £46,000, may 1996 jan 11 £27363.58  Dec 11 £25,289.00 December 12 £21,882.68

When do we re-apply for next year?
I'm a British Gas customer, I wasn't on the Warm Home Scheme last year because I was on the Essentials tariff. I rang them a few weeks ago because Essentials has finished now and they registered me for next years Warm Home Discount.Dum Spiro Spero0 -
Could the npower company rep confirm I don't need to re-apply. I applied last year and they say I will get the discount in this august's statement most likely. But I've heard nothing about a need for re-applying... only that there may be an annual requirement to confirm qualification (in my case due to receipt of ESA and associated disability premiums)."Do not attribute to conspiracy what can adequately be explained by incompetence" - rogerblack0
