it was the beginning of May before i got mine this year
I know it should be paid mid winter thats when we need it.Save saynoto0870.com in your favorites, and stop giving companies more £££ dialling 0870 numbers when you can dial freephones or cheaper alternatives.:j0 -

I'm with EDF at the moment and I got mine last week. And transferring to eON this week."There are not enough superlatives in the English language to describe a 'Princess Coronation' locomotive in full cry. We shall never see their like again". O S Nock0 -

That is correct, you cannot be refunded something you did not pay in the first place.0 -
cheers for your quick response Tom, I feel better about that now..but can I reduce my direct debit to something very low and allow the discount to cover that?
if i were to switch where would that leave me viz a viz the discount in my account..i don't intend to switch just to get anything back but out of interest as i'm near the end of my contract.?0 -

If you are in credit they may agree to reduce your DD, but keep in mind that we are hitting the cold months now, and your DD reflects usage over the whole year not just to cover the current month. Also the supplier sets the DD amount, not you.
I don't know what would happen if you moved suppliers.0 -

my whd paid 2 weeks ago put me £180 in credit with see i requested a £100 rebate and it was in my bank account 5 days later, they also suggested that i reduce my DD but i declined that offer
so perhaps its best only to ask for some of the credit back?0 -
I didn't get any notification from cooperative energy. I just noticed it had been applied to my account when I was looking at my online account.0
