Yes, thanks, I am signed up online. They only show me gas bills. I've emailed to ask why I can't see electricity bills, and they said they will look into it but that was a while ago.
In the meantime I have changed tariff with them, to a cheaper one - but I don't want to change supplier until I know I've had the warm home discount.
My account balance jumps wildly, at the moment I am a thousand in credit :rotfl: I don't think I am in credit at all (although the warm home discount would put me in credit), they just need to sort my bills out.0 -

I will, thanksI've seen so many complaints about them on the energy board ... I'm going back to ovo - the customer service there was great.
ETA: My account has been updated since I made this post, I wonder if they read this forum? All sorted, the bills are pending but they show the sort of amounts I expected and I'm in credit by roughly the amount I expected.0 -

its usually the middle of july, but each provider is different.

Hi all, just wondered if anyone has received their WHD from First Utility yet? I had a look at my bill f r om Feb online and whilst there seems to be some weird credits of varying amounts there's nothing that looks like the WHD.0

yes you should contact your supplier to let them know you are claiming WHD again for 2015/26 after april 6th,they will then send you confirmation later in the year0 -
