mine from scottish power showed up on my latest bill, although it was paid 22nd december.
i am not on a pre payment meter though

I've just checked my email from them, and it says it will show on my next bill, so I've given them my meter readings in the hopes that they will produce a bill for me

Just got mine. I am on pre payment with British Gas. They sent a letter for use at any pay point outlet. (With ID). Just letting people know coz my previous years have arrived end of March!

when is your next bill due?
they seem to apply it when the bill is calculated.
mine said it was applied in december, but didn't show on my account until they calculated my latest bill in the middle of hanuary

Hi All. I wonder if anyone can help please. I received my payment last week and today have been offered a council house and have to move next week. Does anyone know is you can transfer the balance? I currently have a key meter but not sure what the new place has yet. I'm with Swalec if that helps

Can I ask which bill the discount appears on? Scottish Power tell me I've already had the discount. I'm on dual fuel with them but I can't get them to show me an electricity bill, and the discount isn't on any of my gas bills!

They assessed my direct debit last week and told me they estimate my gas bill for the year to be less than the amount of credit currently on my account, and insisted that my payments need to remain the same!

The Warm Home Discount is always shown on the electricity bill, not the gas bill.

Thanks, that makes sense as it's the electricity bills I am missing, they said they are sorting it out, fingers crossed!
