Yes my friend got his from British Gas he mentioned it today saying his account was £140 in credit.
Why pay full price when you may get it YS ;)
  • Has anyone had there letter with voucher on to take to post office from British Gas yet?
  • Got mine from BG last weekend and this year we can take the vouchers to any paypoint place not just the post office.
  • I was with ovo and applied for the warm home discount and was accepted, but due to their appalling customer service and the fact I couldn't speak to anyone had a in home display meter that didn't work I switched back to my old supplier, they are now saying my application will have been cancelled but my existing supplier has said its a government grant I.e not coming from the company themselves are they right and can they do this ? 😊

The broader group are paid by their supplier, not the government. They are free to apply a cut off date, and to stipulate that you stay with them until it is paid (within reason).
