Just noticed that the credit has been applied to my account. NPower.

i pay by sirect debit and have quaterly bills.
last year i didnt receive mine until the end pf april when my bill was due.
i fully expect the same thing to happen this year

Still waiting for mine. Applied to Scottish Power under the broader group at the end of October and other than the acknowledgement email, not heard a single word.

The WHD payment may have be on your account, but may not show until you submit your readings & account is updated.

We are on pre-payment meter and when I phoned Scottish Power I was told they could not tell me when I would be getting but it was not showing on my account. He added that they had till the end of March.
He did say that as I had an acknowledgement number, I would be getting it.
I hope he is right.

I filled in the application form for warm front scheme online before Christmas with npower . I received the payment for last year (2012-2013) but have heard nothing what so ever about my application I submitted for this winter(2013-2014)

Have you updated your prepayment key/card ?

I think the WHD payment goes on the key/card and they usually get their payments earlier.

Yes I have only been putting £5 on the key at a time because I seem to recall that it would go on after 3 payments but nothing at all so far:(
