unless you have a pre payment mete4r. it is totally usual to not receive the WHD unyil march. mine (scottish power) wasnt credited to my account until the befinning of may this year

I'm with British Gas, recieved a letter yesterday saying it will be credited to my account before 31st March 2014, I have always received it during March if that helps anyone

I was with Scottish Power am in the core group but moved to E.On to get rid of the key meters in a new property.

I contacted E.On in November about the Warm Home Discount and they told me that Scottish Power should provide the discount as they supplied my property in the summer. They also said that I had until March to apply for it.

So I left it and a couple of weeks later I discovered they'd given me the wrong information and infact E.On were liable for it only by point they'd stopped accepting applications and offered me £20 instead of the £130 as a gesture of good will.

I've been told to contact the Ombudsman, any advice is appreciated. I have a deadlock letter.

SSe have given me mind and my bill is now in credit....new bill to be produced in middle of january but it has helped me with my arrears so hopefully can reduce monthly payments now.

I don't think I received any emails at all from bg even to confirm application! Should I reapply?
