Are people meant to guess when this scheme opens each year for applications ?

N Power are trying to over charge me saying the all year estimated bills are now incorrect, so as a result I have to now pay £1,108.00 now. Totally outrageous

Anyway I received an email this morning from 38 degrees, who are standing up to these large energy companies.
Let me know if you want to join them and sign their petition and I will forward the email onto you.
You can also send a direct email to npower telling them why you are unhappy!! :mad::mad:

how are they overchatging you?
if you have had estimated bills for a whole year...
didnt it occur to you to read your meter and give them an accurate reading?

David the Scottish Power rep on here, has beggared off since I asked for an approx date when we can apply for next years credit

All we can do is keep checking their website.

Oh and for anyone that doesn't know, the scheme is only a 4-year initiative from April 2011 to March 2014.
After spring 2014, it's debatable whether there will be any financial help again. The saying 'like trying to get blood out of a stone' comes to mind over any of the energy companies unwillingly coughing up so far, so I don't hold out much hope for the scheme continuing.....

As a matter of fact yes they are OVERCHARGING-as opposed to overchatging

I have given them meters readings, but they have seemed to have lost them-ironically! I am not totally stupid!
Now as they are estimating me, going back a few months.

How does one who works all day-run up a bill of £2,500.00 per year? too many cooks spoil the broth.......no one seems to know what the next is doing!

I am not here to MAKE any one sign up for the petition, it was a simple stating of a fact and sharing it with you all.

Another fact is npower don't pay corporation tax like some of us, they seem to do the same as Starbucks and not pay any because they are above the law!!

sorry new id same person, for sum reason i cant logon with the id i made ive reset the password 5x and still no luck so i just made new id

wer with SSE electric and gas, they really do take the micky, they wer just so nonsulent about the whole thing and not wanted to help really, despite them loosing our forms last yr and ofc they have no record so they put the onus on us
