Apparently, I won't get to see my discount until my next bill....in July!

Bill was produced today but Npower don't apply until the 30th April (I don't have a prepayment meter)

I'm appealing a refusal. Atos say I'm fit to work & I disagree with everything they said in my assessment.

I'm with npower and I just noticed they have put £130 credit on my account. Last year they sent a cheque to cash in Post Office. I had been hoping to use some of the money towards my gas bill, which is always a lot higher than the electric but anyway, have to be thankful that I got it.

i never get this rebate 2 or 3 yrs now i been trying, every time i ring they say they will end me forms and they don't arrive then when i get back in touch they say its too late but i can apply this year for next year, since you have to apparently apply a yr ahead, stupid energy company, but now i have registered i think, i guess they will loose it again.
