Should I have got my letter from British Gas by now?

hi everyone,

I got a letter ages ago from scottish gas saying i qualified and that the £130 would be applied to my account by 31st march 2013. still have not got it. I phoned them at beginning of the week and i was told it had been processed but the payment had not be applied to my meter have to phone back next week if i still dont have it.

I would have thought all those that were entitled would have been informed by now.

Have sent another email to scottish power rep. I have still not got whd. Despite doing everything asked.

WHD was on my meter today when i topped up.

Andrew-B this should be on the account today, I'm just waiting for confirmation, as I was promised this would be the case.

Thanks for helping, it's appreciated. I topped up again last night, no whd as of yet though....I think the paypoint lady thinks I'm a bit odd..amount of small top ups I have done

The way this scheme is working isn't good.

People are relying on this money and have been using energy through winter assuming they will get it at right time to pay large bills.
