Rich you are dead right - they do not know what they are doing. At first I was told it would be in a bar coded letter!
I had topped up more than 3 times this week before today, I have been 'spring-cleaning' :rotfl: (hence why I was down to doing a really small top up today - everything has been washed! and I am pretty broke!), but the £130 only went on today.
I seen to remember that when we first moved in that we had to do 3 top ups on 3 separate days, all at the same retailer for the account info to down load onto the new key.
So maybe try that, if you have gone to different outlets?

Well I intend to claim WHD for coming year from Scottish Power, I hope I have better luck.

Today i got the letter with barcode on from british gas so will go to post office on tuesday to get it added to key.

So my worry is now over.

Hope others got theres today.

Also got mine today from BG YEY! :T I split my £130 so I had £65 on each gas and electric.The gentleman was very nice and it was no trouble for him to do this for me.So relieved today.:)

Well done but didnt think you could split it as though it all had to go onto the electric.

I will see if my post office will do that for me.

How strange that BG seem to be doing it by two different methods, no wonder their staff are confused!

i am also with scottish power and havent heard a thing and we definetly qualify it makes you mad when eon customers got theres in november

Entered my meter readings this morning online at Scottish Power and new bill shows the WHD credit. This is exactly what happened last year as well.

Other than applying online and receiving the email to say my application had been received i had no other correspondence.

just received an e mail from scottish power.
they have said that the discount was applied on 25th march and will show on my next bill.
