OH's parents are descending tonight. And the real reason for their visit? His mother has the dentist tomorrow (she didn't want to change dentists when she moved). Nothing like a free B&B is there? I knew it was nothing to do with my birthday.

I've been up since 3am due to coughing, so I really am not in the mood for the in-laws. The flat is a mess too. I told OH he had to tidy it up this time as I'm fed up with doing it every time his parents visit (after all, most of it is his mess). Needless to say he hasn't done it, so I will make it clear that the flat is untidy because of him.

At least it's only one night I guess.

I know, one day I think I'm going to explode at them. Should be amusing when that happens.

I quite like the idea of keeping them awake tonight with my coughing TBH. Might deter them from staying over in future .

Be worth missing out on some sleep to cough very loudly through the wall....maybe go back and forth from the bathroom several times too, whilst closing doors loudly?

Well, the bedroom is opposite the bathroom and to get from the living room (where I will be sleeping) to the kitchen, I will have to pass the bedroom too. I'm also quite clumsy, so I may even drop some stuff whilst I'm in the kitchen getting a drink of water.
