I ordered the phone thru dialaphone using rpoints. the thing does not even show up pending and it is now nearly a month. have emailed rpoints a week ago but have not had a reply.0

Thanks for heads-up on this. My Rpoints were credited on 8 September, only a day or two after the order via CPW, but I shall attend with great care as to whether they honour them. I started trying to accrue rPoints after a tip on Martin's tipsheet in May; my first summat-4-nowt attempt was knocked back a couple of months later when the Vouch4me reward was summarily rejected without explanation. Some of the rewards for visiting Kelkoo, Pricerunner, and PriceguideUK were ignored and/or rejected. Dealtime simply failed to acknowledge I exist, so no purchases through them in future.
Nevertheless, some near-1700 points now stand to my credit, and I hope that the final obstacle of 300 more might be achieved to carry me over the magical £20 threshhold....0 -
This sometimes happens, especially with mobile phone companies. It happened to me with two CPW orders through Rpoints last Christmas; I pursued my claim and they were eventually reinstated. If Rpoints gets paid the commission, you will get your points.I applied for this through RPoints to get the extra 1100 rpoints....
I got sent the phone okay, but when I log onto RPoints, it says the reward points have been rejected.
Has anyone else had this???0 -

my claim at rpoints has been rejected. they say that i did not click thru them. This is obviously a useless reply because i went thru rpoints to get the extra money..why would i not??
Does anybody know any way to push it thru? i emailed richard at rpoints a couple of times but he did not even reply.0 -
This is unbelivable... i got £45 in my account today from dialaphone. I assume this is for the youatwork referral. this is great.
thx RM for the pointer to this site. I did not really expect this money.0 -
Can also confirm my £45 arrived 25/10/04 (ordered phone 11/09/04). I am with youatwork but the guy who answered the phone for my order at Dial-a-Phone didn't seem to recognise them anyway and never asked for any credentials; they seemed to give the £45 to anyone who dialled on the number, so guess it must have been a general discount. So I am well pleased with the offer as it's costing practically zilch over the year for an excellent phone! Thanks all.

I also have had my claim for 1100 RPoints rejected - I went through RPoints in mid September for the CPW deal. Went through all the correct screens etc - CPW sent the phone and deal all signed up to.
Is it just the folks that signed up to this deal in Sept that are getting their RPoints claims rejected ? :'(0 -
i had phone on 29 th september. rpoints rejected my claim. i emailed them, have ot received a reply yet.Regard

It seems rpoints have rejected a large number of transactions for this deal. They refuse to recognise my deal.
Also i signed up for currys/powergen fuels using rpoints and they refuse to recognise that also. I will move to some other cash back scheme as getting money from rpoints is becoming impossible even when u click thru their links.0
