I told a couple of colleagues about these deals. They trundled over to the local Carphone Warehouse who told them that the an e-mail had been sent to all branches, stating that the offer had ended.
They then ordered on the web from Dialaphone. One received his phone (after a bit of chasing over the phone) but the other was told she'd failed the BT credit check. This can't have been true because she had no problem ordering a different BT Mobile deal elsewhere.0 -
:'(I've looked on CPW, Dialaphone and e2save, and none now seem to be running the offer... this is what I get for swithering, I suppose... sniff.0

I also had a rubbish experience with Dailaphone........never again. I ordered this deal when it was still on, and aftr a couple of days, they called and said that I was rejected, and they are unable to provide a reason. i called BT mobile direct, and they said the credit check did not fail, it was just waiting to clear me after a little more info. The guy there was nice, and cleared me there and then.
I then called Dailaphone again, and they could not handle this fact and were not able to check with BT themselves. I then called BT again, and called dialaphone, requested the manager call me back. He didnt, then again I called them, and insisted they call this guy at BT. When it had cleared, it took around 3 attempts for them to post it in their system. A couple of weeks later the phone arrived !!!!
PS. Every time I called Dialaphone, I had to hang on the line for 20 mins..........Ironically, my phone bill will be quite high !!!!!0 -
AVs- I had a similar problem in that my brother's was rejected three times by dialaphone-
However did you know that they have a freephone customer service number- which of course they don't tell people about- it is 0808 172 2300.
what is Bt's direct number to see why my brother was rejected?Mark Hughes' blue and white army0 -
Del-Boy
I dont have the numbers now, but call 0800 3287 526 and I am sure they can help or give you the right number. They will check the credit check that Dialaphone made (therough EQUIFAX People), and then let you know what the simple prob was. If it clears, the hard part is getting hold of someone with half a brain cell at Dialaphone to call your contact at BT Mobile to get the approval. Once you get that done, the deal should go through.
Good luck - you will need it with Dialaphone0 -
Has anybody who ordered the T610 through Carphone Warehouse during the second spell when the offer was up actually received their phone yet?
I ordered on the 16th and haven't had delivery yet, and have had no replies to my emails either.0 -
Me too. My wife ordered the deal the second time it was up on teh CPW website.
I called them the other day, and they said that they were still awaiting delivery of the Sim cards from BT Mobile............that is the way, everybody always blames someone else !0 -
Had an email last night - that my order had been processed and phone was to be dispatched. I ordered in the second batch from CPW - think around the 11/9.0

I applied for this through RPoints to get the extra 1100 rpoints....
I got sent the phone okay, but when I log onto RPoints, it says the reward points have been rejected.
Has anyone else had this???0 -

Ditto - I'm trying to get an answer from Rpoints for this - I went through on a late batch at the end of Sept and CPW were initially out of stock. I've now received the phone and the letter from BT mobile.0
