I don't know if this appeals to you but our son has put himself on Manpower's books and they get royal mail delivery driver short term contracts that he enjoys. Above minimum wage but not much. I hear they are still clearing the package backlog from Christmas

Another one here suffering the winter blues unusually hard this year! SAD lamp & daily yoga sessions are just about getting me through but WFH is not as appealing as it was last time round!

Thanks for your wise words Fortune & also the reminder that we are living in unusual times.

Still sounding really good, madvix - though being screamed at by a 4.5 year old isn't great, no.

And American diner breakfasts .... 💙 mmmmm!

Thanks Jess, but I don’t think it actually did anything but inconvenience me so I won’t claim. And sadly they’ve not automatically decided to pay me!

Just back from our walk so steps done for the day. Might think about a snack for lunch - didn’t have breakfast till late so don’t need much. Then I’ll get the card bits out.

Shame - never mind.  I would also not want to be screamed at by a 4.5 year old.  DS wouldn't dare do that and if he did he would be straight on the naughty step to calm down and I would expect an apology.
