I got a few bits in Huddesfield (Only came to 50p!), there was a bit left but not much including some bead kits, cake slicer, pastry slicer, melon baller, ice cream scoop, pizza wheel, loads of hand held LCD games, them bathroom bags you put bath toys in, dishcloths, no dvd's cd's etc, sorry can't remember what else.2025 - finally back comping after a stressful house move - send me fairy dust please0

I got to my extra late 'apparently'. But the was LOADS left and LOADS being put out.
Just to clear confusion:
All £1 white boxes/DIY reduced to 10p
All previous 50p stock is still at 50p
CD-Rs were 50p this morning but now down to 10p (my store)
Some items not scanning at 10p (i.e. cd cases)
I got for 10p:
30x CDR packs, paint roller sets, 5 pack paintbrush, pack of 2 measuring tapes, DIY overalls, pliers, cutters, screwdrivers sets, cutlery, pizza slicer, pizza serving spoon thing, potato peeler, can opener, scard leads, headphones, radio, laundry bag, microwave egg poacher, bag of hair bobbles/ties, comb+brush set, ladies bathroom set, mini photo frames, mirror, masking tape pack, black tape pack, cutlery, cable ties, CD wallets, car viser CD attachment, pack of 2 notepads, jiffy bag packs, pack of 6 lightbulbs, dusters must be few other bits and bobs...
Don't really need alot of this but know people who might want it. There was alot of pet stuff left. I got my neighbour for 80p total:
2x dog leads, pet travel water bottle, tennis ball launcher, pet grooming lit, litter bag dispensor, dog toys, + different dog toys!!!
There was also alot alot of clothing, cheese graters, and more random bits such as car blind spot still mirrors coming out.
It was very chaotic and it was obvious there were traders there as you would see a trolley full of 100 pliers and 100 wire cutters etc...
To top it off the staff lady said "this is nothing, you should have seen this morning - we it was mad". The early morning people seem to have had taken all the 'kitchen' stuff such as microwave cookers, containers etc...They say you can't put a value on life... but I live it at half price!0 -

I completly agree with you. I was getting so angry in my local today as a woman was going around with her trolley picking up the boxes and literally tipping the contents in leaving none for the rest of us....
She had so much stuff in her trolley it was unbelievable... loads of the kids stationary sets that i actually wanted for party bags for daughters bday in 2 weeks time.
I had to laugh at it though when she was putting handfuls of stanly knifes in her trolley and an sa actually said to her dont u think u are being a bit greedy, y not leave some for someone else? she still dipped her hand in again
managed to get a couple of bits but no dvdr's or cdr's left0 -
Our Tesco put a limit on the amount you could actually buy. 5 items of each type which seems fair then everyone gets some.Hit the snitch button!member #1 of the official warning clique.

I got about £4 worth of stuff, and whilst looking the manager came up and said that the paintbrushes were now 10p aswell, even though they were marked at 50p.
got 12 packs as it works out cheaper than sticking them in turps.
got to the till and it all came to £8.40. looked at my reciept, and i had been charged 50p for the brushes.
anyway, to cut a long story short, reminded them of the "double the difference" and they refunded me £9.60.
so..... they paid me £1.20 to take 3 bags of tools away, with an original value of about £50.
Result!!!
P.s Thanks to op, really brightened up my day.0 -

Are these the 5 pack or 3 pack? The 5 pack paintbrushes are supposed to be reduced to 10p as they were in the £1 range. The 3 pack paintbrushes are supposed to be at 50p as they were not in the £1 range. They say you can't put a value on life... but I live it at half price!0 -
