    The only other thing I can suggest is to put a non virgin sim in the phone and enter the code I originally gave you,this is the first time I have ever seen this happen. Did you buy the phone brand new or second hand ?

    Ofcourse I have tried Virgin, O2 and Vodafone sim but it locked to virgin

    I bought it new from P4U

    Did you get if from the clearance section. If so, it could be a return, even if it looks new. Somebody may have bought it, tried the code 5 times, got it wrong and just sent it back for a refund.

    the network can only unlock these, as i think it is a BB5 nokia
