Try this first (without spaceS)

#pw+249 315 164 670 501+7#

Then if not that then this one

#pw+248 995 164 670 501+7#


To get the + sign you press the * key twice
To get the p sign you press the * key 3 times
To get the w sign you press the * key 4 times
When you enter the final digit of the code it should say phone restriction off and the phone will be unlocked to all networks.

Are you entering the codes without a sim card in the phone ?

The only other code is #pw+248 745 164 670 501+7#
