We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

Hi we've just had a parking fine notice from ParkingEye from Bangor Aldi. I emailed customer services at Aldi head office and they have been very helpful and said if I sent bank statement or receipt of purchase for that day they would cancel the fine. It is always worth contacting them to ask if they can help especially as in our case we did not overstay our time limit but did not see the sign that said you have to put your car reg number into a terminal inside the shop. Our Aldis in north Yorkshire do not have this system (or any other Aldi we have visited) so why would you be looking for this in the shop?
We have had the notice cancelled and are grateful to customer services but very annoyed at their stupid system in the first place. we will still shop at Aldi but probably not as often and probably not park in their car parks, it is not worth the worry!0 -
