That is the first billing date. Check again after that date and you will find that the next billing date is 3 months later. This is how it worked for me.

I had the original email and was still ditehring at the expiration date of 11th April.

On 14th April I received the same offer again and in the small print it still has the 11 April expiry date. I checked to see when it was sent and found that it was actually sent on 14th April.

Does this mean the offer has been extended and if so does anyone know for how long ??

ok just foned them up 2 mins ago and found out that i had used a promotional code for this offer which was 3 months for the price 1 so thats why they charged me today when i have been a member i told the person to change my package to 11.95 per a month sounds better for 33 more and works out to be under £4 a month for 3 months not bad now waiting for my 1st dvd to come should come 2morrow as it was sent yesterday.

How to I return the DVD back they have sent me an envelope just turn it around and seal it but what I don’t understand is how will they no that i have sent them the DVD back is there a special code on the envelope

Hi, I have been a member for 4 weeks now. Has anyone else found that the first two weeks start off brilliantly? Rentals received the next day as being posted at both ends. I had a turnaround of 6 per week. Now something has suddenly happened & it takes 2-3 days for them to receive the dvds I send back. I am only getting 3 discs per week now. Also they receive the discs back at different days even though I am posting them at the same time in the same post box.

I am a little suspicious that they are witholding the discs to stop a fast turnaround. I really don't think it is the post office as all other things I post to various other problems get there the next day.

Yes, exactly the same has happened to me, i have been with them for approx 1 month and at the start i was averaging 6 a week, now im lucky to get 3, i also use the same post box etc as i did at the start......glad im not alone....

Yes me too... the rate has really slowed down - I have sent them an email complaining about this though.
