same here I took up the offer great start. Now getting 1 film every now and again even although signed up for 3 at a time.needless to say wont be renewing after the 3 months. The word 'oversubsribed 'comes to mind so does 'got us by the short n curlies' !!!0

checked my account just after my last post and they have now received all 3 films back, but instead of the next films on my list being processed, it says, You are not currently renting any DVDs.
We will ship the next available DVD in your queue as soon as possible.
Funny as i have 45 films queued.
This indicates to me they are over subscribed and/or havent enough staff to cover the work load.0 -
i think they are great so far i am on the 3 unlimited package 3 for the pprice of 1 month and so far i get my dvds very quick i got all 3 of my dvds today i returned 3 dvds on wednesday thursday they got all 3 then the same day they sent 3 more and today i got them all been a member for 16 days now and have had no problem so far.0

so on the first free 4week trial, service was superb
now on the 3 for 1 trial, service complete kak, rubbish.
is their service any good if you are just a regular member??
dont get me wrong, after this 3 months, theyl be ditched.
take the mick out of your customers, you gonna lose em and they gonna spread the word. its plain logical business strategy.

Same here - posted disks back tuesday am (at a central post office), not showing on their system until friday - and got the same 'not renting any dvd's' message from my queue of 37.
Not sure about not enough staff - but believe this 3 months for 1 has cost them (especially in postage) so they are limiting the number they send,

Same here, they received my 3 dvds on Thursday. Now nothing is in queue. i emailed them, but no reply.
