It was ONE ball, just ONE.....
I get 3 of the same ones in Asda,,, the VetUK site was not clear at all how many balls is there - see description under the link in the post above...
Grrrrrr
I see what you mean. The picture leads you to suppose you are buying a whole box full. It does say buy quantity 1 on the button you click to buy, but that could well mean also 1 box. I find that misleading if at best unclear. I sugget you contact them to point it out. You may even get a voucher for letting them know.0 -
Exactly - and throuout the descriptions they say "balls" (plural) so tbh I expected more then one.
Sure, emailed them already....very misleadingBalls come in 3 different designs which are unfortunately random and cannot be guaranteed.
Balls are 6cm in diameter.0 -
Tomatoes and tomato plants: Tomatoes of all kinds are toxic to cats, as are parts of the tomato plant. Ingesting as little as a cherry tomato can cause severe gastrointestinal upset.

My vet mentioned garlic and said it was a good natural deterrant for fleas, it is also good for the heart and joints.
If you look on a lot of websites selling dog related things, there are treats with garlic, eg - http://www.holmfirthbailey.co.uk/barker-and-barker.php
I questioned this as I know onions are supposed to be bad for dogs but she said they are in large quantities. Garlic tablets or even adding fresh garlic to his food would be fine. I give him 2 Holland and Barret garlic oil tablets a day.
It also says that chicken bones are bad, I don't give my dog those as I am afraid of them splintering but I know a lot of you that raw feed do feed them.
Turkey skin? - what is supposed to be wrong with turkey skin? Never heard that one before.
I also give my dog a drink of tea now and again, I've not heard of that being bad before either and know lots of dogs that have that as a treat each day. I know that doesn't make it alright to give them, but not heard it was bad before.0 -

The wooly mammoth looks very contented, clearly a good dog walker,so money well spent (and saved)Yep...still at it, working out how to retire early.:D....... Going to have to rethink that scenario as have been screwed over by the company. A work in progress.0 -
Paul, the new dog walker turned up nearly 20 min early today and they went off for good 1.5 hour.
Said Zara is a pleasure to walk with, she listens to him, responds well and generally he wishes he lived closer and could take her twice per day.
I guess a pocket full of hot dogs helps but generally Zara really likes men and is very happy to be walked by one.....
I am happy for sure as it is always a worry to change a dog walker...0 -
Yay! to Paul the new dog walker - fantastic that Zara's happy to go out with him.

Well....I have finally decided to have a go at down-grading the wet cat food (that she doesn't really eat anyhow just licks the gravy off)
I nrmally get 4 boxes of gourmet perle (48 pouches) for I think £24 unless on offer.
Have just bout 2 boxes sheba for £8 and PAH own make £5 (24 sachets)....so total of £13.
So here goes.......watch the little darling refuse to eat any of it and I end up giving it to Mr.starz upstairs or the cat rescue.....again.
Hope u feel better soon GR.
And sounds like new blokey is fitting in really well,I used to get paranoid about people I knew taking mine out....if they could get him out without me,but he (last dog and a norwich terrier) was a little terrorist wrapped in a cute coat.....but I loved him,and those he would allow into his world:)Yep...still at it, working out how to retire early.:D....... Going to have to rethink that scenario as have been screwed over by the company. A work in progress.0 -
