I just want to go and thank everyone now! Is there a limit on how many post you can say thanks to?! (There'd better be...!!!):rolleyes:

If you like someones post you can now say thank you just by clicking it. This saves us having to have long lists of thank yous all over the place which should tidy up the forum.

Unfortunately at themoment it comes up with a wee error on the screen after doing it. This isnt a problem and you're soon redirected, but we're working out how to fix it

I wouldn't go overboard too soon - they might all disappear when its tweaked tomorrow :rotfl:

nice idea but I don't like the box inserted between posts that says "The Following User Says Thank You to xxx For This Useful Post: "

Makes the forum look cluttered with these boxes appearing between replies. Just my ten cents worth

since it's new, maybe that's not in this version we have right now

personally, I can't see why you'd want to! You, as the writer, know if your post is useful/helpful or not. Physically seeing how many other people think so...why? <shrug>

Exactly why I wanted to know today (which I consider to be a test phase!) I haven't posted anything useful :rolleyes: I wanted to know how I could find out who thanked me for my erm .... well, lets just call them 'just posts'

Like I have mentioned before, I am not dead keen on the display of the number of thanks a user has:rolleyes:

Edit: I have just realised that Thanking someone on a thread does not bump it! So that is a good thing.

this will clutter the site more than ever, allready people are just clicking thanks on anything, with the rating on it also "groupies" will just thank each other
