    Hey Buffy

Can't find a new diary so if I have missed it give me a shout.

So sorry not been around. Sounds like you have had lots of trials and tribulations.

Sending you lots of hugs - I know the new School year starts this week and my teacher friend is dreading it.

I have just re read your last post. You sounded very down mate. And I am sure the stress of starting back at school isn't helping. I think you REALLY should talk these feelings over with a GP. If the st johns wort worked even a little, it probably means that you might need to tablets from the GP to help you further.

Try not to get to frozen to move. Just as with becoming debt free, baby steps remember? So you can start to plan to leave even if you don't go yet. Eg look at areas where you are now and decide on the ones that you like/can afford. Then you will know how much rental deposit you need to save to be realistic. And yes I think renting is the way to go. Don't wait to save a deposit for a house it will take too long for your mental health. I am sure that ALOT of your health problems will clear up when you aren't under stress 24/7.

Which you are at the moment. You get no relief at home because of your home life, and you get no relief at work because work sucks so much. NO ONE can go on under such stress for ever. You need to start looking after YOU, because otherwise to be blunt Buffy I can see you having a complete breakdown. And that could take years to get over.

So baby steps. Even 15 mins of looking, decluttering a day will start you moving in the right direction. And if you must make a LIST (that is a four letter word you know!), keep it short, so that you can achieve on it.

Good luck mate. Hope to hear from you soon
