You still have to get in touch with paypal though, at min 3 days after item was delivered. Just because you added a tracking number does not mean the money will be released automatically.
Ahhh that will be why..they all have tracking inputted and show as delivered..they just haven't bothered leaving feedback!Bit of a Florida Fan :j

. Seriously I hope never to deal with someone so inconsiderate.
I don't leave feedback before I have it from the seller unless the service has been exceptional - and I do mean exceptional. Just fulfilling your part of the deal doesn't count.
I guess I count as inconsiderate so you won't want my money. Would you care to PM me your Ebay ID so I can avoid inflicting my business on you?0 -
I see feedback as a comment on the over all experience.
The fact that you've been hassled makes your experience a negative one, if it were me, I'd leave feedback as such.
If I went to argos/tesco/amazon etc and they constantly harassed me for some feedback I'd complain, so I fail to see why people think it's acceptable for an ebay seller to harass someone for feedback. It is at the end of the day, optional.
If a seller emailed saying their cash was being held I'd happily leave feedback, but if I was getting message after message I'd neg. I'd keep it factual, something like 'Item excellent. Harassment for feedback not appreciated'.
It's not just about the item.Sigless0 -
Stop using the excuse of paypal holding funds. Only one person has come out and responded to say that it's NEW SELLERS ONLY. You're all talking like to get your funds, you have to have positive feedback. It's not an issue with me then I guess, because I only use established sellers, more been selling around for a longer time, than actual feedback or silly star numbers)
Feedback is not part of the process, and as has been pointed out sellers can get their monies with out a positive feedback being left. (if they are so new that Paypal holds funds)
It's a transaction. You offer. I buy. I pay. You send. The end. If I were to walk into tescos and had some numpty follow me around asking me to give them a good review on the item in my trolley, I'd never go back, same as ebay,
I get buyers can unfairly leave negatives for the fact it rained the day it was posted so the wrapping got a little wet etc. But people are idiots. When you effectively have all and sundry as your potential buying pool you will get idiots. But hassling for feedback makes people think you as the seller are a bit daft to be so desperate.0 -
A few people say that - but its not complete is it?
If it was, there would not be returns, SNAD claims, credit card chargebacks, INR claims, "ive bounced the item of the wall and now it wont work" claims, malicious feedback, malicious DRS's.
I guess you're right.
No decent buyer should ever leave feedback until the time for SNADS is past just in case they have been conned by a rubbish seller who's offloaded some old tat that'll probably break shortly after.
Need to keep any comment in reserve as well, in case a malicious seller gives a false positive as well I suppose.0 -

What does she thinks she can do?
As a seller I would only neg over a bad experience with the item. If it really winds you up, do a neutral and mark the stars honestly.
You can't leave negative feedback as seller. eBay did away with that privilege.0 -
Wow - people really do get wound up about feedback!!
I'm of the opinion that the buyer has every right to leave or not leave feedback as they choose.
If I was being harassed like that, there's no way I would bother leaving any at all and would message back to tell the seller why.
I'm saying this as both a buyer and seller - personally I leave feedback once I have posted the item and then it's up to the buyer if they want to reciprocate. As a buyer I leave feedback once I have received the item.
The OP has every right to do whatever she wants regarding feedback and for people to be so presumptious as to tell her that she should be leaving feedback rather than coming on here and airing her views - well...........:eek:0 -
Fhler...well said
OP...take no notice of the petty small minded remarks, I enjoyed the topic you posted and totally get your point, BTW it's not just sellers, I have had countless emails from buyers demanding feedback, the world's gone mad IMO
We had a meal out a few days ago, three times the same waitress came to ask if our meal was ok, we only had a main course for goodness sake!0
