    It really depends how long you've had them for, if they are fairly recent then gentle exfoliating, and massaging type movements on them should help get rid of them..

    If you've had them ages and they are a definate hard mass under the skin then they would have to be lanced, you would be best of going into a beauty salon for this as if you remove them the wrong way it can lead to permanant scarring.

    If however you dont want to, you could try steaming your face (def do this before any attempt to remove them) and then using a sterile lance to split the top of the milia open and then lifting the milia out.. Do not squeeze or treat them like a spot as this is what will lead to damage and scarring.

    Just be sensible really, if you dont know what youre doing book yourself a facial and get pampered and let them deal with it :)

    Thanks, had them for a few years now and surprisingly the salons i've visited have never mentioned it!
