She'll be lucky if there's anything left from over 30 yuears ago.
However, if she has £10 to spend, she can send a SAR to Lloyds and see what's left.

Hi there
I was wondering if anyone could help out with this please.
I have recently been offered a refund of PPI from First Plus Loans after a failed attempt by Belmont Thornton 4 years ago. According to the letter it states they have reviewed the claim and are now offering a very nice refund. Earlier this year I contacted Belmont Thornton to sever any contact but have received today a letter asking for fees as First Plus sent them the same letter.
I just want to know if I still have to pay them or as it has been so long and with a failed attempt so many years ago that I do not have to pay their fees now.
Any advice appreciated. What ever the outcome I am happy with what I will be receiving so please don't think I am trying to get away with it, just that if I can keep it all then of course I would like to.
Thank you
