Thanks for reply. I've worked out 8 years of the ppi premiums paid just missing two years worth of statements. I'm confused as to how interest is worked out. What would she be entitled to, is there anywhere I can read information about the interest. I just want to make sure she recieves the right amount.

Hello, new to the forum but have been reading with interest. My situ is that I took out a hire purchase agreement with Yorkshire Bank in 2005/6. I had a personal banker at the time and I remember him telling me that the insurance was a condition of the loan. My problem is, that I am not sure if I still have any paperwork...how should I proceed.

Ask for ALL info they hold on you and you can take it into your local branch, head the letter - Sar request.0
