Hello, new to the forum but have been reading with interest. My situ is that I took out a hire purchase agreement with Yorkshire Bank in 2005/6. I had a personal banker at the time and I remember him telling me that the insurance was a condition of the loan. My problem is, that I am not sure if I still have any paperwork...how should I proceed.

A Subject Access Request (SAR), not a Stamped Addressed Envelope (SAE):)

I have heard of inflation taff but £120 for a Sar :eek:

Ask for ALL info they hold on you and you can take it into your local branch, head the letter - Sar request.
